At PartyPlannerz.co, we are committed to providing exceptional event management services. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines our guidelines for refunds related to bookings and payments made through our website, utilizing the Razorpay payment gateway.
1. General Refund Principles
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to partyplannerz@outlook.com
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking via Razorpay. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once processed by PartyPlannerz.co.
- Refunds are subject to administrative fees and cancellation charges as detailed below.
- PartyPlannerz.co reserves the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
2. Event Cancellation by Client
The following refund percentages apply when a client cancels an event booking:
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the event date: 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 60 and 89 days prior to the event date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to the event date: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event date: No refund will be issued.
- Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 days
Please Note:
- Any non-refundable deposits, advance payments for third-party vendors (e.g., specific caterers, venues, artists) that have already been paid by PartyPlannerz.co on your behalf, and which are non-refundable to us, will be deducted from any eligible refund amount, irrespective of the cancellation timeline. We will provide documentation for such non-refundable expenses.
- Customized services or unique arrangements may have specific cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement. In such cases, the terms in your service agreement will supersede this general policy.
3. Event Cancellation by PartyPlannerz.co
In the rare event that PartyPlannerz.co needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe operational issues, force majeure events that make the execution of the event impossible), you will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid to PartyPlannerz.co. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and assist in finding alternative solutions if desired.
4. Postponement of Event
- Requests for event postponement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and the discretion of PartyPlannerz.co.
- If a postponement is agreed upon, any payments made will be adjusted to the new event date. However, additional charges may apply if there are changes in vendor rates, venue costs, or service requirements for the new date.
- If a mutually agreeable postponed date cannot be found, the cancellation policy (Section 2) will apply from the date the postponement request was initially received.
5. Refund Processing via Razorpay
- All eligible refunds will be initiated through the Razorpay payment gateway to the original source of payment.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or financial institution (typically 5-10 business days after Razorpay processes the refund).
- PartyPlannerz.co is not responsible for any delays caused by Razorpay or your bank in processing the refund.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
- If you have a concern or dispute regarding a payment or service, we encourage you to contact us directly at partyplannerz@outlook.com to resolve the matter amicably.
- Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with PartyPlannerz.co may result in a delay in resolution and may impact future service agreements.
